About NGH Management

NGH Management is led by Nell Hinchey. For 25 years she has worked in business operations, first as a consultant helping organizations optimize how they operate, and then as the senior operational leader accountable for business results.

Most recently she was Chief Operating Officer of a professional services firm, where she was responsible for turning the founder’s vision into an operating plan the team could execute. Before that, as Senior Vice President of Services at a technology company, she led a $40 million services division of more than 150 people and integrated three acquisitions into a single operation. Earlier, as a consultant, she helped grow a consulting firm that is still in business two decades later.

The thread through all of it is the same. Nell takes ownership of the operational side of a business, brings clarity to what matters most, and stays with the work until it is finished. She started NGH Management to bring executive-level operations experience to founder-led companies that need operations leadership without the cost of a full-time executive.

She holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wofford College. She is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a certificate in Applied Agentic AI from MIT Professional Education.

Nell lives in the Charleston area with her husband and their daughter, a student at Auburn University. Outside of work she enjoys saltwater fly fishing, running and adventure travel.
